This is the end-user licence agreement for MixPill, written in plain language. By downloading, installing or using MixPill, you agree to these terms.

The licence

A MixPill Pro personal licence is granted to you, the individual who purchased it, and activates on up to 2 Macs you personally own or use. It is not transferable to another person and may not be resold, sublicensed, rented or shared outside your own use — sharing a licence key publicly or with people outside your own use is a breach of this agreement and may result in the key being revoked. Team and volume licensing is available separately; contact kuntayerkus@gmail.com.

MixPill Free may be used by anyone, indefinitely, subject to these same terms.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute or share your licence key with anyone else.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Remove or obscure MixPill's copyright or trademark notices.
• Use MixPill to violate any applicable law, or to capture or process audio you don't have the right to capture.

Ownership

MixPill, including its code, design and trademarks, is owned by its developer. Purchasing a licence gives you the right to use the software under these terms — it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Updates

Licensed users receive free updates for as long as MixPill is actively developed. There's no separate "upgrade" purchase for point or feature releases within the same major version.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 30-day refund policy — see the refund policy for the exact procedure.

No warranty

MixPill is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use MixPill at your own risk. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of MixPill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

Your licence to use MixPill ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using the software and delete any copies in your possession.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change with them, and material changes will be noted in the changelog.
