Typically within 2 business days. MixPill is built by Grio Works, a small studio, so weekends and the occasional backlog happen — but every message gets a reply.
Bug reports
The fastest fixes come from reports that include your macOS version, your Mac's chip (Apple silicon or Intel), the MixPill version (Settings → About), and the exact apps involved. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot.
